Vacations are always nice but we were disappointed onboard, other than the entertainment, which was excellent!

We had experiences with five staff who were wonderful. Most staff didn't even speak to us as they passed.

Ship Quality

Most areas were moderately clean (many cups, plates, etc. left everywhere for long periods of time). One bar's floor was so sticky, before the ship even sailed, that we actually stuck to it. Music was so loud, mid-ship, even with earplugs, it was difficult to sleep.

Cabin / Stateroom

Other than problems with our ac (raining water on my husband during the night), the room was comfortable and clean.
