Review summary

I've probably cruise over 5 times with Carnival Cruise and the food quality was substandard. I also didn't like that I wasn't told that we now had to get our own perks for being a gold member. I wouldn't have even known if I didn't go to customer service. Also no more room service menus in the staterooms.😒

The food in the main dining roomwas the most low budget I have ever tasted. One day they ran out of food an hour early at lunch time, the buffet was closed ,the burrito place was closed, the Asian soup bowl was closed and guys barbecue never opened on sea day. The buffet has really changed along with the quality of their food. Most of the food wasn't even edible.

This was our first time renting a inside cabin. It was to small for my liking and the bedding was uncomfortable. The cabin was very clean when we arrived.

Thank you for sharing your review. Sorry about the food people keep saying at least it’s better than you being a work. That’s a crock of &*%% you paid for a service that wasn’t provided. At the end of the day we have to eat to survive and for Carnival to continue to be subpar is unacceptable. If we don’t speak up, they will continue to do it because people keep giving them a pass… Don’t get me wrong. I love the atmosphere of Carnival. That’s why I keep sailing with them, but they gotta get this food thing together covid is no longer an excuse..
