VERY long waits to eat anywhere, a lot of restaurants were on restricted hours. Room service never answered.

Many of the activities closed very early or were closed all together. Both pools and numerous hot tubs were closed for extended periods of time. The only hot tubs open were so full of kids you couldn't even get in them.
Entertainment

The only dance club open at night was closed early because two people got in a fight. There was a complete lack of background music MOST of the ship. People resorted to briniging their own bluetooth speakers into common areas. The main entertaining area frequently played movies, why not move the movies to the theater and let people have music outside.
Service and Staff

Almost impossible to get room service, let the phone ring for an hour at one point. Guest services also never answered. Lines at the guest service desk were always crazy long. When you could get people to answer, they were rude and/or hung up.

The windows were so filthy on the outside that it really ruined any kind of view.
Cabin / Stateroom

Shower head holder was broken. The room never got cool enough even though the air conditioning was turned on high the entire time. This must have been a common theme because we noticed many other people were asking for fans too.

I'm so sorry you had a bad time. We've sailed on different cruise lines and have found the value of cruising on Carnival has been great. I hope your next cruise is all you wish for.
My husband and I sailed on the Sunrise in December. We had a great time. Food and service were great. Embarkation and debarkation were smooth and quick. I enjoy and love Carnival but everyone has a different opinion.
