The Wait staff - great! Food was decent, but the wait in lines for some of the food was close to an hour a few times.

Again the people running it were nice, but sometimes it was so unorganized - the activities would take an hour to actually get started.

If I could just rate the waiters and room stewards, I would give them 5 stars. However, customer service was awful. Only one or two people working, the line was over an hour long wait all three times I had to go down there. You would think that they would bring in more help after seeing a line that was 40+ people deep but they didn't.

Cleanliness was excellent, Size was excellent. Beds themselves were ok, but there was three of us so my son slept on the "couch bed" It was pretty awful. He had back pain for a couple of days, so I slept on it 2 nights and it was very hard, very uncomfortable.
Ship tip
The premium internet was awful, be prepared to not be able to do most of what they say you will be able to do with that internet. Be prepared to stand in line a LOT. If you have a child that is 19 or 20 , know that there is not much for them. They are too young for the 21 and over stuff but too old for the other things geared toward teenagers.
Didn't know it was a nearly a mile walk to the nearest beach so that was dissapointing. The shops were ok, but it was pouring rain and it was all cut short.
I would say this was ok, other then being a bit confusing. We were given a letter that says, be out of your room by 830 if possible. We were only to be told to hang out and wait for nearly an hour. Everyone seemed confused about how we were supposed to be called to leave and having to listen to the announcements were hard because there were so many people standing around and talking.
