For a first time cruiser, this was an awesome trip. What made everything great was the people. from our Steward, Gilbert to our wait staff. Everyone was friendly and did everything they could to keep guest happy. It was very cool to see so many staff from all over the world. Keep up the great work.

Was immediately greeted by luggage handler who gathered all of our luggage and directed our family to check-in.
Very friendly staff, at security screening, made screening easy. Just make sure you have all your vaccine and testing documentation ready. Was directed straight to check-in inside terminal. Again, very friendly staff which made our first experience a great one.

Great variety of dishes to pick from, little under seasoned, but still good. Great salad bar area and dessert were good. Glad they had sugar free options. The Tiramisu was very good.

The entertainment was great. Loved Mel the Cruise Director. She did a great job keeping everyone engaged in activities and was always smiling. Performances inside and out were good. They all worked hard to keep guest entertained. Very fun musical that we watched the last night. The performers worked hard putting on their dance performances.

I want to give a shout out to Gilbert our room steward. Gilbert did a great job keeping up with our room.
I also want to give a shout out to our wait staff at the Sunrise restaurant, Panda, Arni and Kadek. They took care of us and also took care of an issue we had with our appetizer. The one appetizer came to us was under cooked chicken. They quickly replaced it with another appetizer. The team was on top of the situation. Great job

Very beautiful ship and very clean. Maybe better identify which elevators go to which decks. As a new cruiser, I even had trouble finding which direction was aft and the bow of the ship, especially when you are in the middle of the ship.
