Review summary

Nothing was good, employees smiling was a rarity. To top it off our toilet pipe broke and flooded our bathroom took 20+ minutes to get them to fix it then they didn't clean it up.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Best food I had was in dining room, Mac and cheese/bacon, everything else was either over done or cold. Poor dessert selection. Buffet was the same every morning, 15 minutes in line for a piece of cake, terrible.

Ship tip

Don't cruise Carnival , also the spa massage people's are so high pressure the 70 minute massage was ruined, because my tech spent 15 minutes pressuring me to buy products I won't use, and can't afford. Was all tensed up and stressed, so much for a massage.

So had a transfer thru Carnival to Miami airport because we had to be there at 10am to check in, well was told we had to be down at the bus transfer area at 7:45 because it leaves at 8am. Got there at 7:40, the gal doing the buses said the bus would be there at 9am, I asked how long of a trip it is and she said 1 hour possibly an hour and a half depending on traffic, we the bus wouldn't be leaving til about 9:30 so that would work, so we had to pay $80 for a cab, it took us 1 hour and 20 min to get there. Carnival would only give us a onboard credit they won't refund it. Totally ridiculous.
