Review summary

This was great for my first cruise. The staff aboard the Carnival ship made me feel some welcomed, from Alicia in the Jewelry shop, Joenatan cleaning the cabin, the chefs within the main dining hall, everything within the ship process was great. Although my Embarkation was crazy getting on, the Disembarkation was easy getting off.

This Process was a little unorganized and sloppy. Althought Carnival didn't have anything to do with the process of everyone getting on the ship, I just think Norfolk needs to take some time out and decide how to load and unload there passengers in a timely fashion.

My food was great, the Chef's behind the scenes on the 9th floor in the dining hall were absolutely wonderful.

I enjoyed the hot tubs and various contest that were happening aboard the ship while I was there.

DJ Sazzy was rocking the 1/2s while she was there along with the DJ that was doing karaoke.

Joenatan who was cleaning my room was so helpful and wonderful during the entire stay. His ability to remember the names of his guest was excellent.

Joenatan who was cleaning my room was so helpful and wonderful during the entire stay. His ability to remember the names of his guest was excellent. The Room always smelled fresh and clean, I could always go to the breakfast and come back to a clean room, if anything was wrong or off Joenatan would immediately do what he could to fix it.

@Savedgasman.. Norfolk gets only a handful of sailings per year. But they have been sailing for years. If it was a year round port, it would probably be better.

How long has there been a cruise terminal in Norfolk? I didn't even know there was one there. With that being said, the process may be new to them and needs to be refined a bit.

Awesome wonderful best ever Flying Scotsman best CD in the world

First time on a Carnival Cruise, and when they said fun they meant Fun. Had the time of my life from the Cruise director, to the very nice Service, to the food. It was so much fun and the best cruise I ever had.

We really had a great time. We couldn’t get into the comedy shows because they were full. One waiter was rude on a sea day but all in all it was a great 6 days
