Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We made a reservation at the Italian Restaurant the food was great and the service was great as well. They were very attentive with us. We had dinner the other nights at the dining area with our late reservation or table was the same one every night so you would walk in and your waiter would assist out waiter was Sergio and Michael helped in as well. Sergio was great by the third night he knew what we liked and didn’t have to say anything. He would also Make recommendations for dinner options. Nile was also a waiter at the buffet during breakfast and dinner at the restaurant he was great he was funny and always smiling.

Onboard Activities

The pool activities were hysterical I would make sure I had a seat for those then they would have the night parties at the pool as well they were so much fun.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Entertainers were always great I don’t know how they do it every night to give there 200% all the time.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
The programs offered by the camps were great they kept our kids entertained and always busy.

Service and Staff

Our room steward was Larsen, let me tell you if you get the privilege to get him your room will always be clean and you will always find a cute towel animal on your bed. He made it his business to know all our names even the kids and he made sure the kids were ok. He made sure that we were comfortable and always had what what needed and more. Larsen became one of ya by the end of the trip we would see him in the hallways and tell him to go to sleep he works so hard everyday.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship is small, I’ve seen reviews that the lines are long and so many people on the ship. Well guess what the trains and buses are cramped too if you aren’t use to that then cursing shouldn’t be your first choice. Also by the second day we knew around what time the lines were shorter at the buffet or food areas. The trip all around was great our captain also made it his business to keep us informed during the hurricane of any changes. He docked at every island as promised without any issues and the weather was great every day.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
This room fit 4 of us we had a king size bed and and pull out sofa for our two kids we also had two chairs and a small table. This room was perfect for we had a lot of apace to walk around and the views were amazing in the mornings due to the ceiling to floor windows. It’s also convenient because we were on the same floor as the pools and food areas so no need to take stairs or elevators.

We booked an excursion with aviator instead we went horse back riding and it was great. The host gave us her undivided attention the whole time we were there.
