Review summary

This our third cruise with Carnival and this will be our last!

Embarkation

Was unable to check in at the first desk. We were told Carnival changed our room without our knowledge. Had to go to another Customer Service desk only to be told someone else was in the room we reserved in October. After we finally checked in we had to go to Guest Services on the ship. There we we told our room was not ready, so they gave us a different room. We asked why they did not notify us we were told because we did not book with Carvinal, but Carnival sent me emails about the time to arrive at the port. This not the only problem we had we had to get our own luggage because the luggage tags we received had the wrong room number. We had to go to Guest Services again to get our room keys. We had to go two times to the Adventure desk to get our excursion tickets because the tickets went to the Wrong room and never delivered to the right room.

This is not the room we stayed in. We booked this room but Carnival changed us to room 1218.

Waited awhile maybe they will fix everything (TV's, toilets, internet and etc)

How you let this ruin your cruise is beyond me. Seems like you let it get you down. I’m sure the cabin grade was the same so there shouldn’t have been an issue.

Is there a possibility that something was wrong with the original room you booked? Was someone else in the original room? I am not defending Carnival just want more facts. TIA
