The spa room was a joke we had inside spa our mothers had the balcony spa. Save your money and just go to the balcony make sure you stay on the 6th floor or above plumbing issue still a problem, our toilet would flush when it wanted too. No Elimis product in the rooms. The ship still had a lot of old issues and it was not near as nice as other ships that had being refurbishment.

The piano bar was not as good when people were leaving the comments were crude and horrid. We also left due to the piano person only play when tipped. At least thru a few freebie that would of encourage kindness and more tips.

We had inside spa cabin and we regret paying for this we could of had a regular balcony. The boat was not ready for us we were the 1st ones on the boat when it arrived in the US. The cabin steward had no idea what came with the spa rooms. They had no Elimis products. We booked our mothers in a balcony spa as well and they were so disappointed after paying so much. The boat did not have the whirlpool in the spa original brochure had it guest service also agree of this however they just said sorry and that was it.

The lowers floors were my kid was had plumbing issues and it smell so bad this boat is still a mess.
It's too bad you didn't post this review shortly after you sailed you waited over 9 months. Plus it had just come out of dry dock. Recent post are mostly positive.
Being a 100% spa person (and frankly it's the reason I pick 90% of my cruises) it's really good to know and hear things like this from other past guest. Thank you so much for your info, very very informative
