Overall the cruise was great! My cheap cruises representative Genny, in addition to every rep I spoke with were nothing short of amazing!! We enjoyed several on shore excursions which made our trip extra special!

I have nothing negative to say about our cruise. I loved everything...the food, our room, the staff and crew, the food, the shows and entertainment, the food, bingo, excursions, the ports of call, oh and did I mention the food? Seriously, all and everything you could possibly want to eat all day everyday and the nightly diners were amazing and wonderful wait staff. Very pleased with our first cruise experience and can't wait to go again!

This cruise experience has opened me up to whole new world - cruisin'!!! I am already in the process of planning my next cruise and have only been back 4 days. I am going to try one of Carnival's newer ships, as the Splendor is ready to be put out to pasture. I still enjoyed it though and the crew and everyone aboard makes sure that you have a good time.

The cruise was great. Extreme canopy with lunch in puerta Vallarta was amazing and well worth the money

Overall, the staff, itinerary, food, and everything beyond that including the ports were amazing. Some things that my family and I have to include on the side are some of the staff that we crossed paths with and that were really helpful. For example, Mirza Skandro, a salesman was really helpful and patient in showing my family and I the merchandise. We really did purchase a lot from them. If you find yourself in the fifth floor, you will attract yourself to all of the beautiful merchandise at a great value for you. Also, we can’t forget about our lovely stateroom steward, Rodelyn. She was absolutely wonderful. The list goes on because you will feel very welcomed and everyone is very nice and helpful. The music is so lively, and if you find yourself in the Latin dance floor, Roque and Sergio are totally awesome Dominican Republic musicians who deserve all of my respect. Thank you carnival cruise for an amazing vacation, we will sure consider cruising with you guys again. !!!

We've taken this ship before. . and might again. . . we enjoyed all aspects of the cruise. . tell your friends. . to take another boat. . this one is ours. .

The Cruise Director was awsome. Never a dull moment. Very nice experience. Comedy Show was good.

Food was okay but had better on previous Carnival cruises. Night entertainment was slim, no Broadway shows. Only show worth going to was punchline in the evenings. Disembarkation wasn't organized well. We were told to wait in Black Pearl to be called for early departure and was never called. It took 2 hours to get on cruise bus to airport so we missed our fight. People with late flights was able to disembarkation prior to us and we had an early flight to catch.

Good Alaskan cruise, the sea days kinda sucked but the ports were fun

We activated our vacation guarantee and returned home from the first port of call. The spa was completely mismanaged.

Food could have been a lot better. Dining room food was cold.

The boarding was quick and painless. Our cabin was clean and a nice size. My only complaint is the coffee from room service was never hot. Tried several times.

I was happy with just about everything. My only complaint if i had to give one would be that the port days were all in succession of one another. I would've loved to have had days at sea in between so that I could get some rest. Other than that, I loved the atmosphere.

Had a wonderful time cause of the shows and casino......food was just ok to bad.....service was great.... CD SAFFIE WAS JUST OK.....SHOWS WERE spectacular.....Black pearl rest. Maître d’ was fabulous, very hard worker....guest service ( had problem with AC )...great help..... Casino hosts were great, Vincenzo, Karol and Diana Playlist...great...Martin, Josh, Jessica , Carl , Aidan, Chris and Sofia...all were great Juliano ( fun squad) helped us get off ship....ports were dangerous

We had a great week. Hats off and many thanks to the kitchen staff for the excellent food and service. They offered multiple times to prepare food for my 10 month old grandson. Wonderful service at the Guest Service desk. Well organized, smooth embarking and debarking in every port.

our first time, service and food were very good, staff overall very friendly ,professional and very kind and helpful restaurants great , polls and yacuzzi crowded but always clean and working properly room great , as clean and organized excursions and disembarkments very organized and smooth

So much to do lots of FUN. Activities for everyone!
