Normally book inside cabin to save money, but I got a great deal on a balcony. Unfortunately we were below a smoker who ignored the rules. Yea smoking on the balcony. So we couldn't leave the balcony door open for the ashes coming in

This is a 6 year old review. Smoking was allowed on balconies in 2013.

Did you report the balcony smoker? It's not just a matter of the person being inconsiderate of everyone, they are also putting the ship at risk of fire.
