Balcony cabin on deck 8, one below Lido deck. Size was perfect for my wife and I. Comfortable and always cleans and made up.
Ship tip
Be patient with shuttle arrangements from airport. LAX was a mess from construction, affecting pickup points and drop off points. Otherwise, the ship was perfect, the ship's staff was friendly and accommodating.
Carnival does do the Mediterranean. Also we loved the splendor too we did this cruise in December 2018. Lee mason is the best cruise director we have ever had. We took the shuttles too. I would suggest skipping LAX and use Long Beach airport. It was super quick to get there and had no issue at the airport.
