Review summary

This was our first cruise but definitely not our last. We will never go to a resort again as they lake in comparison to a cruise with Carnival. We were treated excellent. Al Vincible was so helpful in seating me in the comedy club and is a great guy...a credit to your ship. Matey made it all great too. Spoke with him several times and he is very nice. Splendor is lucky he is on board and we will book on his ship anytime as preferred Cruise Director. The man is fantastic...for a little fella lol. Love Cheeeeerrrrrio. All crew were personable and friendly. Ganesh the food manager was a delight as well. Only bad is having to walk through a very stinky smoking section of the casino to get through deck 5 which had a lot of our activities and food. Cigarette was disgusting heavy. Overall though...WE WILL BE BACK...AIMING FOR PLATINUM

What can i say to do justice to the food and drink...fantastic only debts the surface. It was GREAT. Restaurants were beautiful and fun with great service.

We wet job the Punchliner many times...karsoke...evetything with Matey that we could as he is excellent. Pool was great as was the rest of the ship.

Great everything especially the comedians. ..Happy...JR... Tony and a special about out to Edgar from the guy who did the come here fingers after the show lol

Our room was always clean. Towel animals rock. Saw staff cleaning all the time all around the ship. Never saw it dirty anywhere

Cabin / Stateroom

A bit tight for accessible but was fine and we figured it out. Our Stewart was Great. He was friendly and cheerful and always knew our names. Also he was always around...do these guys ever sleep lol

Ship tip

Go when Matey is the Cruise Director. He is better than finding lost pirate gold on Tortuga.

Awesome! Glad you had a great experience, and welcome to the cruise club. I often try to explain the difference between being stuck at a resort for a week versus a cruise where you see something different everyday! Go luck on reaching platinum!!
