Service was great on ship and everyone appeared to be working hard. Unfortunately the weather was absolutely aweful. We couldn't go outside the ship or be on the deck due to heavy rains and winds I guess there was a cyclone where we were traveling and it was a rocky ship and it was terrible as I was flying around ship And had disturbed sleep as felt like I was being thrown off roller coaster ride. I was as I could t enjoy ports and we were not even able to go to Cayman island. I would like a refund for my trip as it was ruined by the weather and rocky boat that even the staff reported to be the top 3 worst ship rides. I wish I knew before hand that we were traveling towards cyclone and affected the whole trip. I would have not gone and went another time. Please consider giving me a refund for my stay as it was bad. Thanks!

It took a lot of time to get into the ship and to get boarded on the boat. The lines were long and there were not seats to sit while waiting in line and once we passed though security we had to wait a long time to get on the boat. I was happy the buffet was open and we were able to eat when we got on the boat.

The dining rooms and restaurants were clean and the service was excellent. The workers and servers were all hard working.
There should have been more free drinks available such as sparkling water and more tea selections.

There was hardly anything to do on the boat. The activities were very slim and felt that Matey did a bad job in comparison to other activities and events that could have been done to entertain guests especially when trapped in boat. We were stuck on the boat most of trip because the weather was aweful and we were not able to get off and enjoy Cayman island. The pools were crowded and small. There should have been larger pools available rather than swimming in a dirty overcrowded pool. The activities director Matey was poor as he did not know how to make the boat more Duma and enjoyable for everyone stuck on the boat. We couldn't even enjoy going outside th boat and on the deck due to heavy rain and strong winds and risk of blowing off boat. There was floating feces in the main pool.

The best entertainment was eating and going to the dining room at the gold pearl. The servers made the trip more enjoyable. Also I enjoyed the art show and art auction that radu did. He was excellent and entertaining and made it a fun experience.

I truely thought the service workers and professionals on the boat were great. My steward Katam was excellent and went above and beyond. He deserves a raise for his exceptional service and positive attitude. Also the steward Calvert was excellent he was also so friendly and worked hard and even though he wasn't assigned to my room he delivered exceptional service and was willing to help. His attitude was so positive and welcoming and he deserves a raise as well for his hard work.
My massage lady Nattah was excellent she was so professional and made my massage experience enjoyable and relaxing. I have been needing a massage forever and I was so happy that I had her to work with me as she was the best and so positive and outgoing and willing to help out. She was awesome!!
My waiters were excellent in the gold pearl, Atilla, Mortel, and budi were absolutely fabulous!!! They couldn't have been any better and delivered 5 star service everyday morning and night. They worked so hard. I had a party of 10 and they went above and beyond and knew our names and exactly what we wanted. They invited us with fruit even before we arrived because we loved it. They were so awesome and wish I could take them home with me as they were fabulous and couldn't have done a better job!! They are the best waiters ever!! Thank you for making a terrible boat experience with heavy rains nfwinds that made the boat rock and woke me up in my sleep nights on end and enjoyable trip! The staff and service made the experience worth it!!

The boat was clean witbexception of the pools and water that was drifted into the Liddido deck a little dangerous. Thanks to my floor steward Katam the room was so clean and he worked hard to make it a nice stay. Also steward Calvert was great and so welcoming. They both had great smiles and positive attitude. They worked so hard!!
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was good size and I was very pleased. The smaller cabins on the first floor were so tight and small and I am so glad we upgraded or I would to change rooms when we arrived and been miserable.
They should have a larger pool and it should be better maintained.
When it was time to leave boat there was an error as the times we were to exit go confusing and we were told to then wait on 3rd floor until called. It was confusing as I guess we had to exit on a different port. It could have been and easier transition.i enjoy
This was a beautiful port it just sad could t enjoy as the rain was terrible and it was wet and slippery every where. One lady even fell and broke her foot at the duty free shop which was unfortunate. Also we had to be back on boat to soo and didn't have any time yo do much.
We were not able to get off to this port as weather was terrible and captain said we could t see port. So sad as this is what I was looking forward to the most,again

Again as mentioned before there was confusion due the message we received by our time to exit and then when tried there was a hold up and we were told to wait on floor 3 for long time. It was confusing and messy it was overcrowded and I didn't like it.
