Review summary

We do vacations yearly at all inclusive hotels but nothing compared to this. The staff from the moment we entered the ship to when we left were always smiling. The kids want to do this again, but to Hawaii.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
The embarkation process was smooth and the custom personals made it easy.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We ate at the Black Pearl and the ladies at the front desk (Samantha, Joycee, Dewi, and the other ladies were very accommodating. We went through the back the first night and they found it funny and allowed us to sit and eat without making a big deal of it. We sat at Roby and Ngupah's dining area and the experience was so great we requested Roby every night except for the last night when the wait would have been too long (Yes Roby's service was that impeccable and personal to all his guest). He even did magic for my 10 year old when his big brothers left him to dine with us old folks. Raul knew how i wanted my omelette every morning, and everything was cooked fresh throughout the day for each buffet.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
The kids enjoyed the pool, the fitness center, water slide, and golf. They may have done more activities but i didn't really see them because they were having too much fun.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
MarQ was the hardest working entertainment coordinator i have seen. He had us moving and shaking and he was everywhere. I waited for his song and his announcements every morning. We looked forward to the singing and dancing at the Spectacular Lounge every night, the comedy club, and soooo much more. We were on the cruise for 6 days and we did so much it felt like 2 weeks vacation.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
Our 10 year went to the kids club and didn't want to leave when it was time to be picked up.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Atikom ensured our cabin was always clean and the towel animals brightens my day. The wait staff was so gracious and was always available when needed.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The staff was always cleaning and doing upkeeps throughout the cruise.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our cabin was always clean and comfortable, thanks to Atikom. We didn't need anything bigger because we were never in the cabin due to the many activities on the cruise.

Ship tip

Just go on the ship and relax and enjoy being catered to, pampered, and entertained.

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

5 out of 5
The ports were great. No excursions but there were still a lot to do.

Nassau, Bahamas

5 out of 5
Loved Nassau. We have decided to go back for a weekend.

Half Moon Cay, Bahamas (Private Island)

5 out of 5
This island was the best. The water was beautiful and having Bar-B-Q on a private island was a special treat.

Grand Turk Island

4 out of 5
There wasn't much to see here, but we made the bet of it.

Amber Cove (Puerto Plata), Dominican Republic

5 out of 5
Loved this port as well. We toured a little part with some of the natives and would really love to visit again.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Disembarkation was easy because we left the ship early.

I'm looking forward to this same itinerary in October.

All inclusives and cruises have their pros and cons, but either can be VERY nice and relaxing. Glad your cruise was so positive. Can you say, Aloha?
