Review summary

The entertainment was nice, the ports of call was exciting, and the staff was friendly. The food was limited in selection, and the wait in the main dining was ridiculous. We waited over two hours to eat one bite and over an hour other nights. I would recommend this cruise only because of the ports of call. Very disappointed in the main dining and food selection.

Carnival is going for that bottom line and like any industry, the customer, those that pay for their livelihood, end up on the short end.

I really noticed the poor service the last night. I noticed even fewer service people than the already stretched crew. Probably preparing for disembarkation.

Serious cut backs. We had both your time & set time... past 4 cruises, it does take 2 hours either way. Not the enjoyable experience it once was. We love & enjoy our family time at dinner, but got bored between courses, and bummed bc we could be doing something else. Thankful for the buffet!

Everyone has always raved about the food on a cruise ship -- until lately. Cutbacks in staff? Food quality? Unknown. But many othrrs agree with you.
