Review summary
This was our 5th Carnival cruise. We had heard that this ship is being sold to a different cruise line later this year and through our experience, it just felt like Carnival is "giving up" on this ship. We had a very relaxing time and enjoyed ourselves, but was underwhelmed with the food and table service (in the dining room) we received. The ship was very clean and our steward very nice. He always new our names and our cabin was always well maintained. The entertainment left something to be desired, though. We were in agreement that the entertainment on the Conquest, the ship we were in in Jan, was by far much better. Half Moon Cay was our most enjoyable port. Amber Cove, not so much. All in all, we had a nice trip. Looking forward to our November cruise back on the Conquest.
