Review summary

We were given the 8.15 dinning on a table for 10, however some days we were all alone on the big table. It was my birthday, and on that day I was very disappointed to be sitting alone with my husband on a big table, no other guests came to dine at that time, I know the waiters wanted sing happy birthday but we decided to leave before the dessert. I think the crew can make it very special for passangers who are celebrating birthdays, anniversaries. The restaurant director was extremely nice and his staff were the same, just the arrangement of the sitting in the dinning room was not to our satisfaction.

I personally could careless if people come to dinner or not. It's their vacation just like it is my vacation. We usually ask for a table for two but if we can't get one the first night who cares if we are by ourselves.

The same thing happened to us on the Triumph. It was a big table that was supposed to have four couples celebrating anniversaries. We were alone two nights and two of the couples never showed at all. One couple were very nice but said the burgers kept filling them up. That was my last shot for set dining. Won't do it again unless I'm with a group.

When we were on sunshine there was a table like that. No 2 people were ever the same. Our waiter never had a full section our table of 4 were the only ones that showed up every night

maybe on your next Cruise try anytime dining where you can sit at a table to with you and your husband and you could enjoy each other and hell with everybody else if they don't want to stay with you. we do both if it's me my wife and the kids we do 8 o'clock dinner if it's just me and my wife we do the anytime dinner so it's more personal just me and her and we love to every bit of it
