Review summary
This was our second cruise, the first was on the Glory which we loved. As our home is Bermuda it was exciting to come home for the day and see the island from the water - 12 stories up. The staff were exceptional and we loved the food, especially the Tandoori (Indian) buffet. There was a long wait boarding but our cabin was ready and our bags came quickly. The cabin service was first class.
I won't comment on Bermuda as it is our home - but The ports of Grand Turk and Amber Cove were good but not exceptional. The main stage shows were great but the comedy club was a bit depressing. There were several sea days and we were never bored. We went to the dining room 8 out of the 9 nights as the food and service were very good. Well done guys!
We had one negative incident but that was fixed by the Guest Services Director in a minute.
I recommend the Splendor as it is a big ship with lots to eat and do over a 9 days cruise.

One reason I picked this ship was for the Indian food. We ate here at least 4 times. The Pizza was absolutely awesome and worth the wait.
