Review summary
we have a bad experience of this trip . At the Port Canaveral (Orlando). workers at checking point took my daughter's water bottles , my daughter was so sad at the beginning , then a man gave us attitude and being rude , made my daughter cried . he even said "IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY , DON'T GO ON SHIP " what's wrong with him ???? It was an vacation time , we needed some relax , we don't need to take any attitude/ pressure for him . really wanna say to this guy "IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB , DONT DO IT " We don't like to spend money on a company that has worker treated us bad again . WE will never cruises with CARNIVAL again

After reading it carefully (five times) I have to wonder if the man that gave the OP the attitude was a port employee or a passenger? Apparently not the same one who took the water bottle.

I also get the feeling this poster is going to all the sites complaining about their experience, trying to garner sympathy for their plight.
but that's how I see it
If that is the strategy, it did not work on me :/ There is something off about this story though, I agree.

first, I'm going to guess there is some sort of language barrier going on here. I'm also guessing there is more to this story. Obviously, the poster did not read his/her cruise contract, did not go to Carnivals site ( or any site ) to find out what to expect at embarkation. So, my question could be, who was rude first ? What was said by the OP when the bottle was taken ? We don't know because it's a one sided story. I also get the feeling this poster is going to all the sites complaining about their experience, trying to garner sympathy for their plight.
but that's how I see it

The one star rating is because of one "rude" person? If that is all it takes to ruin an entire cruise for you and your daughter, I am hard pressed to say anything else. Hope your next vacation is a better experience.

Sorry to read that the rudeness of a worker in the terminal ruined your entire cruise for you. Also, I'm sorry that your daughter had her water bottle confiscated. However, it has been well made known by Carnival that no plastic bottles will be permitted to be brought on the ship. I don't like it, either. I hope that you got the name of the employee and reported his conduct to the port and to Carnival. He was most likely a port employee, not a Carnival employee. If there are several reports of his behavior, perhaps he will be questioned and reprimanded.

So because of one rude person you gave every other employee, the ship, the food, the entertainment and the ports one star ?
I suggest you drop a letter to Carnival Cruise lines, this web site is not part of Carnival and Carnival does not read it. I hope you got his name. It is company policy that no plastic bottles be taken on the ship.
I hope your next cruise goes better for you.
