wonderful time

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Inside

We had a very nice time on the Splendor! There were many options for dining. The staff was pleasant and helpful. It amazed us that they remember your name and the kids name also. The room steward was magnificent and ever so kind. Many activities to do. The only thing was the cigarette smoke coming from the casino when you passed through. Will definitely cruise next year. My agent Denise was wonderful and informative when we were booking answered all questions and helpful.

Cabin / Stateroom
The bunk bed was terrible. My son feet was hanging off the bed and the ladder to climb up was in the way. He would bump his head on the bed daily. I did not know the room type. Would not recommend this cabin to anyone.
