the ship is kept clean, the decorations are out dated through out the entire ship

food quality is good, food could have a better quality, presentation and taste, the stake house was very good but we had to pay extra for good quality, dinning times are very good, ambiance and decor needs improvement, waiters could smile more and be more attentive one is on vacation and wants to feel welcome by happy people

staff does not go above and beyond, everyone is average that I notice since we started to board the ship. everyone needs to be more helpful, ask if help is needed, smile, smile and be happy so the guest feel welcome in a positive vacation enviroment, crew needs to explain details to guest with a smile
