the ship was clean however when we arrived and left the ship it seemed a bit chaotic

We truly enjoyed The Black Pearl dining experience. Beata and Neal were our servers and they treated us like royalty.We had anytime dining it was very easy to get in and out. We loved the waiters dancing and signing for us. Beside the black pearl, food choices were great and we enjoyed all of the options we had.
Entertainment

Entertainment was good, the choices and time frames were accomadating.One of the comedians on the ship was very poor in my opinion.
Children's Programs

The overall Childrens programs were great. the kids enjoyed meeting people through those programs. It would be nice if there were a few crafts/activities poolside for the preteen kids who don't always want to go to the kids camp.

As stated before Beata and Neal in the Black Pearl dining area were amazing. My husband and I received great service all over the boat. However our kids were not. They waited at the pool bars to get help, unless my husband or i were with them. There was also a mix up with my husband and sons sail and sign card, one of the waiters at the bar literally yelled at my son for not fixing this!!

the ship size was great. pool areas were small. It was clean. the decor was fun and festive
Cabin / Stateroom

We had an inside cabin and it was nice and dark. However it was very noisy. Our Cabin stewards did a great job keeping things clean, and we loved the towel creatures they left were fun.Accomadations were exactly what we expected.
Loved Cabo we went on a snorkeling excursion, The tour the guide gave us was great. Lover's Beach, the arch and the coast. Snorkeling not so great water was rough so you couldn't see much.The boat was not equipped for our 11 year old to snorkel. They only had adult size life jackets and gear.
