I find you can get most of the same excursions for half the price by booking directly with the company. Fist cruise propel paid $20 each for the Choo Choo train around Noumea but the cruise line was charging $80 per adult.

For most cruise ship excursions are an additional charge. Excursions range from around $30-$300 and up
