Nothing much else to add. Had a wonderful time on this cruise. Chose to take it easy - rest and relaxation was the point of this cruise.
Embarkation
3 out of 5
Getting into the parking garage is always an experience. People arriving at the port in time to park for your boarding time have to wait in a line of cars on rocks next to a rail line. Those cars that are dropping people are allowed to wait on the street. The two times I’ve parked in the garage, it’s been a 45 minute to hour wait time. Not sure whether it’s because the ship is late to port or for some other reason. Still frustrating.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Meals in the main dining room were varied and delicious. Service was great. Wait staff were very friendly. Buffet meals were varied, but I didn’t find them very tasty. That didn’t include breakfasts, omelettes were great. Enjoyed the Deli offerings. Brunch in the dining room was good as usual.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
I went to several shows in the Pharoah’s Palace. I find the performers are talented, but the sound is so loud, I can’t hear what they’re singing. I didn’t attend any comedy shows this cruise, but heard from fellow cruisers hat they were entertaining.

Service and Staff
5 out of 5
All service and staff were competent and always friendly.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Love Spirit class ships. Even with full ship, it never seems overcrowded. I did find a few bathrooms were not as clean as they should be. But, overall, cleanliness was okay.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
Cabins are showing their wear, but, mine was always clean by Made and Goodnight. Cabin staff are overworked, but were always pleasant and greeted by name.
Ship tip
Don’t sweat the small stuff, just enjoy your time.
Port is fine. Been here many times. I had the Mayan ball game, Mexican show and lunch excursion. It got cancelled and the cost was credited to my credit card. In place of that I chose Mariachi, tacos, tequila, and shopping excursion at a $20 cheaper price. This tour which was guided by Jesus was great. The mariachi dancers put on an excellent show, I discovered I like chocolate tequila, and taco meal provided was delicious. Could have passed on the shopping. Unfortunately, it poured down rain on us the entire time we were in Cozumel.
Just boarded the ship. Nothing else. Checking in going thru security was fine. But, they need to have sections for separating platinum, diamonds, and suites. It would alleviate confusion.
I chose the Discover Roatan- monkeys, sloths, and macaws excursion. This is my second time doing this excursion. I love the sloths. You haven’t lived until you’ve been hugged by a sloth. Unfortunately, it poured down rain on us again. Bummer.
