Review summary
Overall, my husband and I had a good time. Our room stewards allowed us to keep our towel animals, and even remade one for us when asked. The dining room staff was excellent, even though we did the anytime dining. At the first port of call (Juneau) the debarkation procedure was horrible. We Almost missed our shore excursion because they did a general debarkation call and EVERYONE tryed to get off at the same time. We ate at the buffet for dinner a couple of nights, and the slection was not that great. They also had to cancel a bunch of our shore excursions in Ketchkan, and they could have done a better job communicating this to us. The shopping talks were heavily geared towards bying jewelry, and I would have liked some additional variety. The shows were excellent.Ship experiences

Pros: our room stewards were awesome, and the dining room staff was exellent
Cons: getting off the ship in port was a nightmare. The food selections for dinner at the buffets could have been better.
