Review summary

The ship was great. Very clean. Late in the evening or early in the morning you could see the staff tend to the cleaning duites very effectively.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We enjoyed the main dining room and of our 6 dinners we only had one we felt that did not meet the high quality of the other 5 nights. Very small issue. The "showtime" each night at dinner was great. The waiter and staff sang or danced for 4 or 5 minutes and it was great fun

Entertainment

5 out of 5
We attended two of the main showroom shows and were impressed with the professionalism and quality of the show. Each show was a little over an hour which I thought was a perfect length.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
We had the same waiter for each night and she was very helpful suggesting the best meal for the evening. Our stateroom was cleaned and fresh towels were stocked as needed.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
As this was our first cruise it took a couple of days to familiarize us with the ship but it didn't take long. The wait for elevators was rare and steps were well located and easy to find.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We stayed in a grand suite and the layout and size was great. We had more closet and storage space than any hotel room. The bathroom was large and the shower was better than most hotels. High pressure and very hot water was a pleasent surprise.

Ports of call

Ensenada, Mexico

5 out of 5
We took the tour of the "blowhole" on the coast of Ensenda. Nice bus trip and a little shopping followed by a tour of a winery. Enjoyed the entire escursion.
Don't Miss: Much more shopping in Ensenda than in Cabo

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

5 out of 5
The tender boat process was well oranized. Once ashore the tour guides were at the dock and led us directily to our Whale watching tour right on time. The whale watching ship was very nice and included drinks on our way out to the whales. We were lucky and saw quite a few whales including one that jumped completely out of the water about 50 yards in front of the ship.

Pros: Food selections and Friendly Staff

Cons: Shipwide Announcements over loudspeaker system
