Review summary

Over all it was pretty amazing. We went and saw 3 amazing ports with beautiful weather. Couldn't have asked for a better experience regarding the ports. Embarking and disembarking was "smooth sailing" (lol). Since it was ki d of birthday celebration we didntbhold back much and spent a pretty penny! So be careful with that sail and sign. I reccomend you checking it daily.

Food was pretty good, always somewhere to eat. Main dining room menus were a bit strange at times but different isn't always bad. Also in the main dining room the time to actually get serviced and recieve food was a long wait in comparison to the service on the Ecstasy. The buffet was pretty good as well. We didnt have any drink package as I do not drink often for it to be worth it so the drinks could tally a pretty penny.

Was good popped into a couple of shows and they were pretty fantastic.

Service and Staff

Service was nothing in comparison to what we received in our first and prior cruise on Carnival Ecstacy last year. Our room steward was nice but very hard to get in touch with on almost every occasion. The dining room staff was nice but also forgot to sing happy birthday to me which was requested twice by my husband and forgotten.

Ship Quality

Clean enough but pretty old. Our room U197 had a bit of broken wall on bathroom corner and practically no air came thru the air conditioning vent.
