Review summary

Overall, I had an amazing cruise! Love, love, love the Carnival Sensation Crew. I hope I have the opportunity to run into them again on another cruise. It definitely was like a family. I felt emotional the last night, during the 80s and 90s trivia. It was amazing to see everybody taking part singing, laughing and dancing. Nobody wanted the good times to end.

Hasbro the game show was definitely an experience! It was enjoyable for both children and adults! The hosts were amazing!! Deon and Francisco made a dynamic team kept the audience engaged and excited.

The staff was AMAZING! There was always a friendly staff member waiting to assist you with a smile. No one looked unhappy. I’ve never met more happy people. Definitely made you feel welcome from the time you got on the ship to the time you got off. Dwain? Was my room steward and he was amazing! Went out of his way to introduce himself and make sure that we always had what we needed. He would smile and say hello anytime we ran into him on the ship. Franando, one of the waiters, in the fantasy dining hall was amazing!!! He showed us an amazing trick using a soda can and no hands! I definitely will keep that memory forever!

Nassau was beautiful. The water was so beautiful. However , the beach is not as accessible as some of the other ports. You have to take a taxi or boat to get to the beach.

Half Moon Cay, Bahamas (Private Island)

My favorite port! Half Moon Cay was sooooooooo beautiful!!! The stingray adventure excursion was the best excursion I took part in. The guides Mario and Delantae? were very engaging and hilarious. They took their time letting everyone have a chance to pet and feed the stingrays while also providing us with information.

Grand Turk Island

I had high hopes for Grand Turk island but was a little disappointed. It’s a very small island and there really wasn’t much to see. The water wasn’t as beautiful as some of the other places we visited.I took part in the ATV off road excursion. It was a cool excursion because we got to ride atvs but I feel like we didn’t really get to see a lot. The guides gave us information about the island, but we didn’t get to SEE much and we only stopped one time. Prior to the cruise I did a lot of reasearch on excursions and a lot of them mentioned a ligh house and the Bermuda Triangle. However, none if this was mentioned on the tour.

Amazing first cruise
