Arya, Aivy, Orlando, and Deon were exceptional. The majority of the onboard service team were unfriendly and rarely smiling. This was my husbands first cruise and my fourth (third Carnival Cruise) . This was my first time on Sensation. Overall it was a great time! But it wasnt the best with the ultimate service experience I remember. I always recommend Carnival and cruising in general because of everything included on your vacation right then and there and the exceptional customer service. My husband overheard some team members cursing about how “effed up” their schedule was, I stood by at the stairs to let two carnival employees by which was not the problem but as they got closer one of them was going to walk into me I had to jump out of the way and they didnt say excuse me or even look at me because they were so deep into conversation with the other employee (this area was near the elevators Empress deck 7 fwd and no other patrons nearby for them to not have a whole 30x50ft of space) ... I really do not want to complain but I know Carnival is a great ship so I am hoping this comment will help with customer service training to have carnival as the number 1 experience ship because I keep booking carnival cruises! Thank you

Smallest ship I have cruised but still nice. Thought it appeared a little outdated inside but mostly was disappointed with only one pool. We never went in once because it was always filled with people shoulder to shoulder. There needs to be at least two pools or a much larger one for 2,000 people. The back of the boat with the slides and small water like park was great!

We did one of the Dolphin excursions- which was unbelievably awesome! - but the getting to it process was not organized the staff crossed our line of 100+ people with another line of 100+ people ! Talk about a huge NO NO! Plus the staff didnt fill the boat some people got left behind for their excursion to wait for another boat. If that were me I would have cancelled the excursion. Staff could have been more involved, letting us know hey there will be two boats or something to keep everyone calm and not stressed out about the experience, everyone was upset.

Grand Turk Island

Beach looked not so good. So glad we booked an awesome excursion for this one to take us to the otherside of the island where we had so much fun. The Chukka company really were friendly and did a great time and fed us too!!

This was a surprise cruise for my daughter. This was her first cruise. WIth the exception she had to sleep on a thunder bed (a roll away cart) the cruise was great. I'Ketut kept the room clean and neat at all times.
