All in all, it was nice. I thought that it was going to be too hot, but it was okay. Don't get me wrong it was hot, but it was okay. My advice is to take plenty of cash, when you get off the boat, because a lot of the local stuff don't take credit. What I mean by local is the little off the beaten path mom and pop stuff. ALl of the major things that deal with tourist takes credit. but like straw market on Nassau, only deals with cash.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
I got in little to no weight time. I did everything that I needed to do online and chose 12:30 time for check in. I actually got there at 1200 and was able to just walk right in.
Ship experiences

Ship Quality
4 out of 5
this was a smaller older ship it was clean, but I did miss my movies at sea at night and watching the news and drinking my coffee in the morning. there was NO big screen on the pool deck
Cabin / Stateroom
2 out of 5
the cabin was okay, a little small but that's what is to be expected. the problem that I had was, that I could hear really loud noises in the middle of the night. The one from below sounded like the ship was being ripped on the side. the one from about sounded like people moving furniture on a hardwood floor. These sounds happened all the time and all different times of the night. Which kept me up most nights.
Ship tip
it was a okay ship, if this is your first cruise, then it would be nice, but coming from the bigger ships, you tend to miss things. however there was no short of doing thing.
We spent 3 days before the cruise here, something that we always do, So it was like have two vacations in one. The best thing to do for Miami, is to plan ahead, because Miami can be very expensive, food activities, and parking. We went to a free event, which was nice, but spent 25 dollars to park! Plus we had to eat. So plan ahead and expect to pay a little more for stuff.
Nassau, is cool, but I just hate that it seems like everyone is trying to get your money. We took I guess a cab to Atlantis to go on to the free beach ( I do recommend the free beach). It cost us 16 dollars for 4 people, plus the two dollar toll, for the bridge, which was only like a 5 min. ride. so I was a little upset that the price didn't include the toll, which was fine, but I would have like to been told before hand. Then when we got to the beach it was like everyone wanted our money.. we went parasailing, and the guy that asked us did we want to go parasailing, wanted us to give him a tip!!?? For what because you did your job and walked us to where were supposed to go? NOT going to happen. Oh take cash, because it seems like thats all they take at these places.
let this be a beach day too, all of the stuff is free, like the cabanas, the umbrellas, chairs. so soak up the sun. we rented ATV's here, it was fun because it was a new experience, but the island seems to be really poor and doesn't have any real tourist things to see and do. we went to the "downtown" area that where all of the cabs take you.. but it wasn't that nice at all. the only good thing was that since we had atv we could go where we wanted and the beach (where you couldn't drive the atv's) were very, nice, and no one was on them.. very beautiful, so it's like you have this private beach to yourself. The funny thing was that there were donkey's everywhere, just walking around. I saw more of them then people.
