Very dissapointed with the experiance. Carnival did not honor the incentives that were offered when we booked the trip. Guest services was not willing to help with numerous issues.

Review summary

Very disappointed with the overall experience., compared with other cruises that we have taken. Would not recommend this cruise. We like to cruise and hope not to have an experience like this again.
