Family of 11

We booked 3 balcony cabins. The entire crew was awesome, they were focused on passenger safety, comfort and enjoyment.  We enjoyed the ship, would have liked a larger pool, but were aware there was only one when we booked.

My family experienced two issues

1)  We chose the late seating for dinner  8:15.  The food in the dinning room was terrible, not just one item, almost everything with the exception of dessert.  The steaks were not cooked consistently, the kitchen consistently plated the food incorrectly. My medium steak was served to my son who ordered medium rare,  chicken was dry and presented in a terrible way, ribs to dry and tough they were inedible, under cooked baked potatoes. Overall very low quality of food and prepared poorly. We only ate in the dinning room the first 2 nights. This was a great disappointment. We had three young teenagers and wanted them to experience formal dinning! Buffet food was not much better, items on the salad bar were well beyond the expiration dates ( or seemed to be), tough meat.... The Pizza, Guys burgers, Cantina all excellent and delish!!!

2) All 11 of us prepaid the endless bubbles (soda, juice, sparking water). The process to obtain the soda we already paid for was excruciating!  You must stand in line at a bar (long lines), order your beverage & wait for the bar tender to print a receipt that must be signed. This process takes a great deal of time, I believe the intent is to slow down and limit how many prepaid beverages a passenger is actually able to consume. Bar tenders did an amazing job managing this incredible inefficient and unnecessary  process.

Overall I would say we were very disappointed with the food quality. My family would have gone hungry without pizza, Guys burgers, and the cantina. We were very happy with the crew.
