Review summary

We stayed in E51 and our cabin steward was Sean, talk about being treated as royalty, he was so amazing to us and our twin 8 years olds!! Then my daughter lost her sunglasses and Shareka at guest services went out of her way to not only help find them but fix them (the screw had came out) then she sent us a little treat and the sweetest note!! Plus, the kids really enjoyed camp ocean and they note only sent sweet notes to our room, they also went above and beyond by rewarding them with $5 gift cards to the arcade for them helping out clean up. Every one from the comedians to the workers in the gym made our first cruise more than memorable and it's gonna be hard to top such awesome service.

We were most excited about here but the beach was dirty and when you walk into the island you get bombarded with people trying to sell you stuff, my tip would be SAY NO first then come back if you really want it.

we cruised on the sensation last October and had heard so many bad reviews we were a little worried. rest assured, the ship is amazing! it's beautifully kept, food was great, couldn't have asked for more. We had so much fun, lots of activities and great staff. don't believe what you hear, you'll love it!

We cruise on May 4, and so happy to hear a positive comment about the Sensation. So many bad reviews, I was getting extremely worried. How was the motion?? Heard several people say it is awful.
