Review summary

4th cruise for me- thankfully our group knows how to have fun no matter what is discovered along the way. I have never had a cruise that had a lot of upcharges- the drink package would have been the way to go but unfortunately when you are told everyone over 21 in your room has to do it, that isn't beneficial when a couple don't even drink. All in all, was for my daughters 21st birthday so it will leave the memories I hoped for.

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
Should have not done the dining experience. The food was terrible. Every one in our group had some type of food nightmare. We should have stuck with the specialty restaurants. The buffet appeared to serve the same food as the dining but would have been quicker and right in front of you to choose before waiting and getting something terrible. 3 days was not enough to do anything about this as by the time we realized go to the buffet, the trip was over.

Service and Staff

Room steward was very nice. Our main waiter was good but didn't seem to have the support team to help us have a good dining experience. (4th cruise- have never complained until now)

Ship Quality

To know the ship had been remodeled, seemed quite worn still.

Cabin / Stateroom

Interesting layout to fit the 4 but it worked. Unlike other cruises where the bunk is put up and then brought down again, the couch and bunk were always left down. Was ok but different since without the couch set up each day, left limited sitting area. Upon arrival, We also found trash in our drawers from past cruisers and open soda in our fridge. Made you wonder what else wasn't cleaned prior to our arrival in that room.

Ports of call
