Casino

5 out of 5

Casino was never too busy and never too smokey. Drink service was some of the best I’ve had in any casino, land or sea.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Didn’t make it to the production shows but we did make it to a few comedy shows. 1 comedian was amazing and the other not so much.

Cabin / Stateroom

This cabin is located right off the atrium. You could hear music until about 11pm but it wasn’t very loud. Noise is a non-issue if you go to bed after 11pm. This interior room was larger than most with a unique layout however it lacked a bit in storage. Only 2 closets and no drawers. Not an issue on a shorter cruise but could be on longer cruises.

Ports of call

Ensenada, Mexico

Enjoyed our time here. Took a trip out to La Boufadora blow hole. This was a nice excursion and then explored the old part of Ensenada. My one dislike was the shops and restaurants were very in your face. I’ve never said “no thank you” so much in my life.

Catalina Island, California

5 out of 5
No line for tenders if you get off early. They didn’t use tender tickets on this sailing. Rented a golf cart for a trip around the island and then explored the port area.

Long Beach (Los Angeles), California

5 out of 5
Quick embark, quick debark. I recommend checking out the Queen Mary pre or post cruise.
