Review summary

Our shower broke on the first day. Our toilet broke soon after. I paid good money to smell poop all night. The food looked good but wasn't. Very bland. Elevators always were being used or locked which made it hard to get around. I wish I could get my money back because it was one of the worst things I have ever done.

Hopefully, you called and or complained at guest services and have it documented. My mom shower was broken . I emailed them and they said it wasn't documented so they gave her nothing.

I don't think people realize that they pump in sea water for the pools. The Pacific is cold and Carnival doesn't heat it.
