Overall I would not recommend. Couldn't get a water Gatorade and coffee all at once unless I wanted to wait 5 minutes (the line was much longer than that) food was meh, I felt like we were nickel and dimed the entire short time on the ship. Can't say I would ever even do another cruise due to this experience, it was very underwhelming.

We were waiting for any type of drink for 15+ minutes at any given time, got raw chicken at dinner from the dining room when I ordered the chicken cordon Blu, staff did nothing about it. Steak was ordered medium rare got well done. Molten chocolate cake was raw minus the top layer and is supposedly their "best most ordered dessert" Pizza was great.

Overcrowded to the point we were on able to use the swim spa in the adult only once.

Dining staff wasn't great, Imade our room attendant was pleasant and efficient but hard to understand and when we woke up to our toilet leaking it was a simple oh we will fix it. We did the behind the scenes tour with Nina she was fantastic! Fernando was also so great! (These two individuals is the only reason I am giving 3 stars)

The layout of the ship was very compartmentalized, you could tell its dated and needed some work, it did appear fairly clean.

Woke up the first day to our toilet leaking and water everywhere and then had an automatic gratuity added to our room for them to fix it.... room seemed clean but the two twins were not comfortable to sleep in as a king, unless you like sleeping in a big Crack.
how was disembarking rushed? they go by zone. if your zone 4, you can wait until 20 is called. they don't care. I've always had time to eat breakfast... it starts at 6 on disembarkation day. gratuities are added like that in ALL cruise lines unless you prepay. and they make you wait 5 minutes for each drink due to people sharing so they came up with this policy. it's all mentioned online
