Review summary

we had a few good experiences, got some good pics, our kids were amazed with the ship itself, but we were unable to download the hub app on board, so we were somewhat in the dark; would have been a lot better with heated pools, and uncrowded hot tubs; and having to pay for bottled water is unpleasant

Yes, definitely download the hub app prior to embarkation. Fun Times are also available at guest services, your room steward, and located at several other places throughout the ship.
