Overall it was a good experience. I really enjoyed relaxing and the casino. The food choices was slim. I didn't like that compared to what other ships, I'm told, offer. The customer service was excellent though.

Spa and fitness center was good. I did have a class cancellation I didn't expect and the massage we spent $350+ left me bruised but the thermal suite was good and the fitness center was good as well. I wish the water fountain was better.

Learn your way around the ship. be careful with the surprise gratuity bill you will get.
No excursion. Carnival needs signs when driving from the freeway. I had a hard time getting there and my GPS told me to go through the Queen Mary parking lot. Signs would have helped.
The port was dirty and not appealing... The shopping was awesome though and the food was amazing. The best meal and massage I had on the whole cruise was in Ensenada.
I had a horrible experience on carnival though that’s my fault I went on the carnival fascination very old ship! I’m willing to give carnival another chance though on a new ship
