This was a Four night cruise, we usually take longer cruise, but we figured we'd try it. Four night cruises are not for us. The staff were great. the Embark and Disembark were the best we've ever experienced. The ship, the food and the entertainment were not worth the effort.

We did not o to any specialty restaurants so this is only a score for the included venues. We tried the "name place" and were disappointed. The Sunset MDR was hit or miss with food quality, more miss than hit. The servers were great, we had Erix and Aileen, they made us feel like family. The system they are using to seat guests, called "your time dinning" dos not work! It was a fiasco every night. You check in on the app 10 minutes before you go and the machine assigns a table that is not in the venue you are assigned to when you get there the hostess says I have to seat you where you are assigned. This issue is not the fault of the employee, but management putting a system in place that has not been properly vetted,
Onboard Activities

They rely too heavily on pool activities, we had bad weather and they had no alternative activities planned, except drinking, and that is not a healthy plan. We spent a lot of time in the casino because there was not enough seating in the venues where they had music, when you could find it.
Entertainment

The entertainment in the Liquid Lounge, the name for the theater, was spotty. They told us in advance to be kind to the per the entertainment was poor and sparse.formers because there was some problem and instead of cancel the show went on. They did not sat what the problem was but

The people who work for Carnival are amazing, they spend too much of their time trying to overcome managment errors but they do their best. Shout out to Federick, Erix, and Aileen.
Ship Quality

According to Carnival this ship had 2 "refreshes" in 2020. I saw nothing to indicate this to be true. The layout is awful, the maps in the app useless. You can not get from forward to aft on any decks but 5 and 9.I saw many people cleaning but walls and staircases, The public restrooms need more attention.

We usually cruise in a balcony, but chose a cloud 9 inside, and were very please with the , the comfort, and Frederick our steward
Ship tip
This is for Carnival management I know but the technology does a great job getting you on and off the ship, but fails you while on boa vessels is very poorly laid out, if that can not be rectified, your app needs to be more informative.rdthis
