Review summary

Carnival Radiance 1 Horrible cruise director 2 NO entertainment, except two comedians that had toilet humor (PG) or gross sex humor (R or X) 3 Lounge and bar entertainment terrible 4 No lobster on elegance night 5 Diff in phone schedule and TV schedule every day 6 Quit making animal towels, no one cares except for very the few new cruise guests. Time, money, effort wasted. 20 years,ago it was novel, not now! 7 Pools to cold to use. Not one person in them or on slides 8 Guest services on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up 9 No "Future Cruise" desks 10 Guest Services couldn't say what the Theater Entertainment would be on any given night. It was only announced at 5:05 pm 11 We do not cruise to play chance games, like "Deal or No Deal." No entertainment, ever, except bars and night clubs. Nothing for families 12 Bar entertainment was horrible. The Sunset Diner wait staff entertainment was better by far than the ship entertainment. Dining wait staff and room cleaning staff are the only redeeming virtues on Carnival

Carnival has gone way down in quality. The Radiance was thw worst of 10 Carnival ships we have been on.

Onboard Activities

Cruise director was terrible. No worthwhilee activities and the performing group was canceled twice and only appeared once, on the last night. Worst Carnival yet.

Entertainment

DJ terrible. Bar entertainment horrible and the comedians both were toilet. PG Troup performed once.

They dining wait staff and room staff were good. The dining staff's entertainment was better than the theater performers. Deal or no deal as the headline entertainment sucks!

Ship Quality

This was thw worst Carnival ship for botth layout and design. Poolscalways empty. You had to go through the dining area to get to some of the lounges and entertainment areas. Terrible sports court. Decent golf area. Water slides way too cold for children or adults, for that matter.

This was Carnivals worst, by far. Be prepared for 3rd party "Bait and Switch" on the fees as well.
