Review summary

Family trip to celebrate our dads 75th bday. We had a great cruise and amazing food. Lots of things to do on the port. Very happy with the overall experience.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Fairly smooth, quickly checked in and on the ship within 30mins

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We didnot visit any specialty restaurant. The main dining options were plentiful and amazing. If you are a vegan, avoid buffet as all items contain butter or animal broth. We requested specialty items a day in advance, they made us vegan pizza, stirfried noodles and fried rice. Make sure you make menu and work with the mait'rdee in the buffet area.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
It was a packed cruise, but we were able to enjoy a few on deck activities.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Shows were amazing. The comedy shows with Larry Omaha and Doug Williams were very entertaining and had a great energy.

Children's Programs

4 out of 5
Our 13yr old did a few activities and she was fairly happy. I wished the kids activities didnot interfere with the late dining and shore excursion hours.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Staff was great. Room staff (micheal) was very attentive and took care of the room very well. The waiters (Dipendra) in the main dining took excellent care of us and would highly recommend the main dining room for all vegans. Their new menu is very modern, unique and well prepared.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Ship was very clean. All areas were well maintained and clean. Lots of staff looking after passengers.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
For a balcony cabin, it was rather small. Had a lot of storage. Little cramped for 3 people.

Ship tip

If you are vegan, ask for the vegan menu or ask the dining staff to make something vegan based on your preference ( Indian, mexican, asian)
