1st Cruise was really a really good experience. Learned a lot for our next upcoming cruise. To be honest, the entertainment available could easily make this particular cruise "adults only." I noticed the many bad reviews were by parents of little ones.

Main dining room was really good! Yustian was our waiter and his service is definitely 5 star restaurant quality. The staff on the entire ship did well in cleanliness and keeping customers happy. The ice cream was also good and the Lemonade. Pizza was ok and Shaq's chicken was ok. They could fry it a bit more. Burrito restaurant would have to be my personal favorite.

Onboard Activities

Relax! It was our purpose for the cruise. We did join in on the festivities for Captian's/formal night as it was also our wedding anniversary. There are a ton of things to do around the boat every day all day which is nice.

Entertainment

Dj's were great, I didn't care for the suggestive dancing by the cruise director who puts on the motown show, he gets a bit wild. He does do well on the Lido deck with the line dancing and contests. I loved when the female singer, who I really enjoyed, began to rap! It was totally unexpected and the crowd went wild!

Children's Programs

The buffet kept running out of coffee. Maybe should upgrade to 2 machines. The director's suggestive dancing.

Service and Staff

The service was exceptional. Felix was our room steward and he was great. Yustian is a guy to remember in the Main diningroom he does well. The waitstaff throughout the ship kept things looking and smelling great.

Cabin / Stateroom

Very clean. I would have given 5 stars but the trip got chilly and so did the room. The heat didn't come on until later in the day. I enjoyed the various folded towels into animals each day the beds were made. Cute. Also, they could provide a few more tv channels. There are times when guests just want to relax before venturing out.

Ship tip

You get all drinks except soda and alcohol. Bring a case of canned soda per person as well as bottle of wine or champagne per person and no drink package will be necessary.
