Staff was friendly, the climbing of the ramp with carry ons and hand luggage wasn’t nice at all, specially after realizing that there was an elevator which there was no sign or information about.

The restaurants were nice and fantastic food and service. The Lido needs more personal to help like in our case our son’s needs, gluten free food wasn’t easily available and to get it took over a half hour. Thanks to the person in charge of the Lido we got finally the help we needed.

Mario our dinner server was excellent with his helper. Presly was fantastic, excellent service. The stateroom and bathroom was clean and always everything in order.

Very clean and well kept. Beautiful lounge, restaurants and music areas. More seating arrangements are needed. Not enough seats.
