Overall, thanks to the employees was nice. But as I said , the ship itself is super dangerous with all this people smoking in their cabin and on the balconies. And I really don't want to risk coming back. It's unfortunate because your employees are doing their best.

The sunset restaurant employees were so nice and friendly. Specially AYU ,DEWA, ROHAN, DYAN, KOTCHAPORN, JANET,VINEETHA .

This ship needs an urgent remodeling. Our bathroom cabin was full with rust . The tube, around the tub, the tiles , everything was rusty. Furniture full with scratches. Its not worthy the price for a suite with the condition that cabin has. Our stateroom att Gede was super nice and he cleaned very well the room. Besides this I think that this Marijuana policy that you have is in vain. ON THE OPEN DECK ON THE SMOKING AREA THE MARIJUANA SMELL WAS SO STRONG. NOT TO MENTION THAT IN OUR CABIN THE SMELL WAS SO STRONG THAT I HAD TO OPEN THE BALCONY DOOR FOR 10 MINUTES. TWO NIGHTS IN A ROW. SATRUDAY NIGHT I CALLED GUEST SERVICES TO MAKE A COMPLAIN BUT NOBODY ANSWERED. SUNDAY NIGHT I ACTUALLY WENT THERE AND WE EXCEPT SOME APOLOGIES AND A PROMISE THAT THE SECURITY OFFICER WILL GO AND HAVE A LOOK ON THE CORRIDOR NOTHING HAPPEN. PEOPLE ARE SMOKING ON THE BALCONIES!!!!! THIS SHIP IS KINDA DANGEROUS.

Gede did an amazing job. He made our Daughter super happy with his animal towel . Thank you for everything you did. 10 stars for Gede 2 stars for how old this cabin is . Full of rust and scratches
