We went as a girls-only group - moms and daughters. We had a really nice time in Bermuda and on the ship, just enjoying each other's company.
Embarkation
4 out of 5
My group was separated, my daughter had my CPAP. When i got through the line, there was a delay because she had my machine instead of me. There was one very helpful person to get us on. They asked if i registered it, but i didn't even see a spot to register it when i was filling out my forms. Parking was ridiculous. It took just too long for them to get luggage for people that weren't prepared. Some of us came ready and there should have been an express lane.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
I did NOT like ordering gluten-free meals the day before. What if I changed my mind??? The gluten-free bread was not very good. During sit-down breakfast, they did not take care of us. One day we had to get up and get our own coffee. There should have been better signage for special diets (gluten-free, sugar-free, nut-free, etc.) because the servers didn't always speak good enough English to answer our questions.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
Bingo, trivia, towel folding, drop slides, seminar on shopping, reverse charades
Entertainment

Amazing live performances! Except for the one comedian, who was just awful - Tommy. He didn't connect with the audience.
Children's Programs

The youngest person in our group was 29, so no one participated in the children's programs. I could not submit this without rating the program.
Service and Staff

I had to use my CPAP while i was on the cruise. There was ONE outlet in the whole cabin, so I needed an extension cord. It stretched across the room. Wednesday or Thursday my bed was placed on top of my cord and it put a hole in the cord. They put electrical tape on it. Lots of apologies that the cord was damaged, but that was it. I realize that accidents happen and I never accused anyone of tampering with my medical equipment, but it was still damaged. And "apologies" seemed to just close the case. I should have been compensated.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
The ship was very clean BUT there just weren't trash cans or places to put your empty cups/dishes in the common areas. I had to just leave my stuff on a table or shelf. They seemed to get cleaned up fairly quickly, but it felt weird to just leave it somewhere. Also there need to be places to sit in the passage ways AND the DECK. The only way i could sit on the deck was on the floor. There was only seating on the top decks, but nothing on the lower decks.

Ship tip
If you get seasick, go OUTSIDE and watch the ocean. It works! As told to me by my husband who was in the navy.
We did not visit the port, as we drove from home directly to the port. The parking was very slow. they seemed to get a backup because some people didn't come prepared with their tags filled out. there should be an express lane for people who are ready and just need to drop it off and park.
