We had issues with our door not licking. Carpenter came to fix but 2 days later we had same problem. Very worrisome. We missed activities waiting for service to come.

Was on same cruise. Saw your comment and thought you were on deck 6. People next to us also had an issue with their door. Would appear the maintenance department was kept busy.

We had the same problem on the Pride while in Europe. Took two calls to get it fixed. The Pride is really due for that dry dock in April.
