Review summary

We had very noisy obnoxious neighbors. There was a medical emergency Monday evening about 10:00 PM. For some unkown reason, the ship backtrack over 200 miles instead of going to the nearest port. We lost about 26 hours so did not visit Grand Turk. The main reason we booked this cruise was to visit this island. Instead we went to Nassau, a port we visited on our last cruise.

So sad when there is a medical emergency. Be happy it wasn't you and thoughts and prayers to the family involved. The first cruise I was in there were 3 emergencies.

The same exact thing happened to us on the pride in may of this year. We woke up in nassau not grand turk. At least we did not miss half moon

They didn’t exactly back track. They side tracked to Charleston. I was on this cruise. Is what it is. I still had a great time.

Grand turk isn't a big miss. I trust there was a reason for the backtrack. They don't like to burn thousands of dollars of fuel if it can be avoided.

Neighbours you can deal with. Medical emergency if it had been you or someone in your party you would have expected the same treatment. Read the small print itineraries can change at short notice. It happened to us.

There os nothing worst than have bad neighbors that are loud or smoke on the Balcony and have no consideration for others. As far as the medical emergency, things happen and its unfortunate you missed a port. That just means you have and excuse to go on another cruise very soon to get to that port 😁
